AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS LOCATION WILL STEAL FROM YOU! If you mobile order too late or early, theres a good chance no one answers inside. Doors locked, if an employee sees you, they will try to wave you away to leave, even though you already paid, but never got food. recently say they became 24 hours, But about half the time I try to eat here they tell me they are "Closed" Probably just staff trying to get out of work. I've had my money taken and not gotten food about 4 times over the last couple of months. I have asked about a refund before was asked to show the transaction, and did, but never actual got the refund. Some employees are very nice, others are obscenely rude. Ive gotten perfectly good food here, and I've gotten Mcmuffins that were charred black, and although a replacement was eventually given, it was met with a lot of reluctance. Wait times are generally slower than average, I generally place a mobile order and mark the "Im here" five minutes before I leave to go, so I dont have to wait 20 minutes for food. The record was 50 minutes, outside, because as they often do, they forgot to open the front doors, and in that time never sent a staff member in the line of sight of the door, despite still taking mobile orders. If there was any other option that early before I had to go to work, I would take it, even if it tasted worse, costed more, just knowing I wasn't rolling the dice on being hungry all the way to my meal break at work (2pm). This location has stolen from me, At times treated me extremely rudely, despite never allowing myself to lose my patience, and always treating their staff respectfully, Kept me outside in the rain waiting to pick up my mobile order, that was supposed to be picked up a...

It was the worst ever the female where rude. I always go to McDonald's for lunch & i always buy a carmel frappé for $1.99 + tax so it i $2.17 everywhere i go. So i decided to go to this McDonald in burnside in the bronx under the 4 train. So when i ask her for carmel frappé she is charging me $2.99 for the frappé so i ask why if i bout one the is morning for $1.99, why 5hrs later u charging me $2.99 for it. So i ask to speak to the manager and the manager tell yes... I am like what... Yes... Omg listen i am always buying a carmel frappé and now out of no where u want to charge me 2.99$ for it why... So she tell me well that offer was intil sunday oct 2 2016. I told how if i came this morning and she well i cant do nothing about. But that offer finish on sunday ok bye... I was speechless how she treat me as a customer. So from now on i will never ever go to that McDonald i rather drive a couple of more blocks and go to the one in Fordham Road or the one on Kingsbridge but the one on Burnside would never go again lost me as a customer completely just in always look at your receipt before leaving and check your food before leaving because really they are the rudest people in that McDonald's....

I wanted to give you guys 0 star’s. I’ve been standing on this location for over 25 minutes. I waited in the line to see the cashier and she still couldn’t help me to tell me to stand on the side. I stand on the side and kindly ask the lady giving out the food if d as he had the name I was picking up for. Young lady said it’s not ready I said ok and how long she shrugged her shoulders. I waited for what seemed like forever was only 25 to 30 minutes but in a McDonald’s. Now I’m standing there waiting until I became frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. The manager then comes out to NOT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME SHE KEEPS TELLING THE LADY TO TELL ME IN ENGLISH SHE DONT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. How can McDonald’s really hire someone and then to PROMOTE THEM TO A MANAGER AND SHE DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AMD SPANISH SHE KEEPS TELLING THE GIRL SHE SPEAKS AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH ONLY. Then the manager says she DONT know how to work the computer with ubereats and Grubhub pick ups. After taking my time to google translate because I’ve been treated so unfairly for her to tell me she still don’t understand and she can’t help me. IM REALLY DONE WITH MCDONALD LOCATIONS...
