If I can give this location and negative 100 I would have how is it when you order from them they always forget items every single time si I eventually stopped ordering from them and started ordering for a different location. So.i accidentally ordered from them and as always missing items i paid for i have ordered cookie pack 4 time 3 times never came and one time they put that and apple pie in same bag as drinks and they didn't cover drinks as well and when i recieved it my cookies were soaked with the soda. Today was the last straw I ordered cookies again thinking it's from a different location I did not receive the 13 pack cookies the apple pie and one of the drinks from one of the meals missing. Plus the buns on our sandwiches were burned. I called the store and no one picks up so I decided enough was enough and im not losing anymore money . I got on my wheelchair scooter in the rain to go rectify the issue and when I get there the store was basically empty. I asked the gentleman i.would like to speak to the manager a woman came out i explained what happened she then walked to.the back.over to another.woman and they both come out. I asked who is the manager the 2nd woman said I am. I asked them why did the other lady come out to talk to me when I asked for a manager she did t have a response. I then asked why when I was calling they do not answer the phone she says it does not work. I told her as a manager her job is to make sure all equipment. Is working including the phone. She again didn't say anything. . I now understand why they get the orders written because when I got there they were chit chatting. I want to be reimbursed for all the times this location basically stole from me getting money from me and not deliver the goods. I really am frustrated the manager didn't even seem to have any emotions or didn't even seem to care to see a disabled person to come out in the rain for this no apologies or nothing I really am going to get a lawyer for this. Read moreIm sorry but HANDS DOWN the Laziest group of people I've ever dealt with, maybe 1 or 2 workers are exempt. EVERY SINGLE time there's a problem or an issue here. They don't pick up the phone during business hours because "it's broken" tonight- 3 months ago "ummm yeah we closing early". ALWAYS something! Tonight - the door was open to come and place an order to go. I rang the bell, the girl looked at me. Withing 5 minutes there were about 6 people online behind me. We rang the bell AGAIN, the worker looked at us and paid no mind. Waited ANOTHER 10mimutes , no one came so I went to the window because the line was getting bigger. The drive thru girl told me that she was sorry but didn't handle the door. After banging on the door, FINALLY someone came and announced that they are not taking orders thru the door tonight. MIND YOU- every day their rules and hours change. Apparently Melissa or Marissa was the manager HA!!! I explained to her that not only I but these people have been standing out here for nearly 20minutes and every time your worker looked at us we just were being kind giving you enough time to fill drive thru orders. But it took us POUNDING on the window to get anyone to come and tell u anything???!!! O and as a manager- she should have apologized and taken out orders. Instead she basicat shrugged and then when I asked her why then when I called them 15times as I walked over why didn't anyone pick up?! Apparently tonight their phone is broken! It's a literal joke! And whoever owns this franchise needs to be aware that these workers are running your store- straight into the ground. Im gonna have to come during the daytime and talk to the head manager about what their hours are supposed to be etc. O and Melissa , if you're going to close the in person ordering whenever you feel like you can't multi task and take drive thru at the same time, maybe you should CLOSE the front door that says come in and place order here😂 it's funny how when that spot is ACTUALLY closed the doors...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonald’s ever . The service is horrible and the manager is disrespectful. I was using the McDonald’s app while in drive thru and ordered myself a coffee Me not realizing till after I paid it had a totally different store which I never been too . I go inside to speak to the manager when I aam one of the team members for the manager the manager (her name is Anita ) looked like she didn’t want to be bothered ( if you don’t like your job find another one) I just wanted too show her what happen and see if she can let me order the same thing and get the coffee for a dollar . She says no you have to cancel it . Knowing damn well you can’t cancel from the McDonald’s app and if I call the other location nobody is going to pick it up . It’s insane how the treat people here especially black people . I come here a lot of for coffee when I am heading to city or back. I’m not some guy trying to finesse the system over a damn dollar ice coffee . I told her I would be writing a review about her lol. I sound like a Karen but I take respect personally. Especially when I am professional and have never had no issues even though ya are really slow here and disorganized . I don’t call for people’s job but she needs to be replaced...
