McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Let me start this off with saying I have been LOYAL to this mcdonalds location since 2017, but the disrespect and unprofessionalism I just witnessed today 1/3/24 (hours 4:30-5:00pm) from a older woman at the window service was UNACCEPTABLE! Unacceptable to the point when I asked to speak to the manager (a younger Spanish guy) she continued to go back and forth with me IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER! Now let me explain this story I went through the drive through to place my order. I ordered a bundle with nuggets and fries and asked exactly like this “ I have a question ….. is the fries fresh?” The woman at the window went on a rant to the point where my sister (who was on the phone with me) said who is she talking to? I was in complete shock but once I heard the line “they fry fries, they make fries, I can’t answer that for you” I drove up and asked for the manager. She got the manager and as I was explaining to him the story, she rudely interrupted and started talking back to me (I pointed out to the manager, you see how shes talking) he shook his head and was very nice but it was clear to me that she doesn’t respect him at all. She doesn’t represent McDonalds corporation well AT ALL! She said she couldn’t give out her name for safety reasons but I have my receipt and will be doing a survey! I would love to email the GM about this situation because this location has ALWAYS been good to me. I did not go to school for 7 years and obtained multiple degrees to told by an employee that...

Still filthy, went in there today because a homeless man said he was hungry so I went in to get him a meal.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's ever. Service stinks, staff always has attitudes and they never get the order right. The place is filthy. I will never go back in there. AC never works, I could go on and on. I go to the one on Neptune Avenue, it's so very nice and clean and wonderful staff. Just close it down already. This part of the review is written January 4, 2023. This place has gone from bad to worse, I asked them if someone could clean off the tables by the window because a lady had her dog jumping from table to table, the very nasty employees asked me so what do I want to order. At no time did any of the staff member send another to wipe the tables clean, and none of the others took the initiative to do so. Of course there was no way I was going to sit and eat on there. The majority of them have lousy attitudes and I'm gonna make sure my Son post this to his Social Media and anybody else I can have post it. This location has had long standing issues for the longest and it's just ridiculous. Animals should not be in any restaurant at all anyway. The manager at this location is by far the worst person to help run this business. This man disrespected my child by trying to snatch his happy meal toy due to their mistake. We ordered two happy meals, received two happy meals and after my children opened their food and started eating he approached us disrespectfully calling us liars about the two happy meals that we ordered and said we only ordered one. Due to their lady cashier’s mistake on inputting only one happy meal, the manager came and disrespected me infront of my children and then tried to take a toy away form a 6 year old child making him very scared. The manager then proceeded to argue infront of many customers to the point many customers indicated they had issues with him ans well and how he handles the public. McDonald’s needs to replace this man and place someone who knows how to speak and deal with the public properly. A simple “I’m sorry ma’am you were only charged for one happy meal, may we process the payment for the other meal due to it not being added to your original receipt?” Manners and communication go a long way and this man does NOT have the common sense to...
