McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Need a complete overhaul of these incompetent and immature employees. I know its Mcdonalds but knowing this will not and should not be the last stop in life, learn to adapt some better skills from now. Messed up my order, and argued with me about putting something that was clearly not in the bag. Calls back the customer who she gave my food too in error, screaming "he got the wrong food." I ask her if she will give me food that he already came in contact with. She replies no and with the biggest attitude, that it will go in the garbage and fresh burgers will be prepared. She takes the food to the back to pretend to make imaginary burgers. When in fact all she did was switch out his fries and place them into the bag she originally gave me and then gave me the food that was originally given to him. How do I know, the "new" bag I received had stale fries that fell out, which were certainly not in there before. To top it off she gives the recreated order to another employee to hand to me. Ask this employee if these are new burgers, she claims all the other worker said was to hand the bag to me. I didnt go off because I would have ended up on the 5 o clock news. You may think your slick, but the time you take to waste ppl time, put that effort into actually being productive. It is not a game when you are handling food. If your silly behind would pay attention and cut the casual conversations as if you were actually at a work place, perhaps you would get the orders correct the first time. Usually we come to this facility to take out food and the days of my kids birthday we usually come and eat in this place. In 02/11/2023 after my kids eating they decided to play in the toddler area and one of the workers, a worker that didn’t have a name tag on it, brought her kid in her working hours and allowed her kid to play in the toddler area, the kid started complaining to her mother(the worker) in Spanish saying that she wanted the rest of the kids in the toddler area to shut up and obviously I’m bilingual so I speak and understand Spanish and English. The worker(the kids mom) approached my kids and started to say that my kids shouldn’t be at the toddler area but there are no signs included that mentions the age limit to play. She had no idea of my kids age to say such things to them, but it seems that this woman and her kid has no tolerance with group of people regardless of the age and more with the client’s kids that are frequent to this facility. And to add the cherry to the ice cream, the worker spoke to her manager in a very friendly tone and the manager walked to the toddler area with an iPad and looked at me in a very menacing way. To be honest I had lived around this area for a very long time and have wasted money at this facility as a regular client, for this workers to give me this treatment. And to clarify a little more, the manager also didn’t have a name tag and to work at these companies it is required. I really hope that fast food restaurant like these should stop hiring...

The employees at this location called the police on me after I had finished eating my food. Three employees lied stating I peed on the floor in their hallway. With No questions asked they told me to leave. I left. The next day I came back to order a cheeseburger well done because they started giving me un-cooked cheeseburgers in the past and someone name Denzel Anthony last name Francois told me he was the manager and that they will not take my order. I left and dined in Canarsie instead. The day prior I ordered 2 Cheeseburgers well done and a Mc Crispy Meal Large w Sprite for myself but I was dining with my SON. I spit in the burgers and gabe it back to them because they didn't put Cheese on my Cheeseburgers. Instead i asked for a full refund for the 2 Cheeseburgers Only. Previously, I ordered my son a Cheeseburger Happy Meal with Sprite instead of Apple Juice or Milk. He received a Book as the toy. While dining I read him the book. We departed.
