Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Everytime I go to this specific popeyes, everything was horrible. The food down to the customer service. I have been given old food because they claim they were closing in 45 mins.... Was once told at the drive thru window that the person that took my order should have told me about the certain sizes for combo meals and that she cant help me. I let it slide..... Then she lady at the window once charged me for someone elses meal which was double the price on my card. She was like I'm sorry sir but u can handle that with ur bank. Good thing the manager showed up to the window and saw the mistake. He staed this worker is consistently making mistakes and he offered me a free drink. But it's not free if I paid for it..... throw all the employees away and start over. I never have an issue with any other popeyes. Dont GO...

I am an uber driver there. On the night i visited there were 8 staff members on duty tonight and none of them addressed my 2 orders. I had to call the manager over and tell her my orders and their serial numbers. Mind you the store wasnt crowded at the moment. I watched 6 customer come in order their food and leave with their orders, in addition I watched to uber orders come in on the tablet and then waited with the drivers and they got their orders and left before me. The manager on duty did not direct her staff at all and just looked at me the whole time knowing that I had two orders. When I flagged her down again and asked if my order was ready she said "I dont know". I wound up leaving empty handed after waiting for 35 minutes for two orders of chicken...

It's a brand new store at the bustling intersection of Utica and Kings highway. Everything is clean and cool which is very necessary for these extreme hot days! They have all of the necessary Popeyes artwork and that wonderful Cajun smell that makes you want to go back for more. And more. And more!

The service was great! There were plenty of staff standing behind the counter. It appears that they do a lot of mobile business and they had dedicated staff just filling those orders.

The dining area is divided into two parts One room had booths and the other room had tables perfect for reconfiguring for any size party you like. But, I must go back to the service. It was great; not what you would expect when everybody looks like a kid, if you know what I mean!...
