One of the worst mcdonalds experiences I have had. I ordered drive thru and asked for no pickle and no mac sauce add mayo. They got the order wrong and gave me stale fries. I drive around and walk inside (already defeating the whole point of drive through). I patiently wait in line at the counter where no one was taking orders and 3 people walked right by me. I had a bag mac in my hand with receipt and nobody said anything. Finally after one employee serves someone she looks at me. She just stares at me but doesn’t ask anything. I think she may have had a long day so I tell her politely. “Im sorry miss. I ordered no pickle no mac sauce and got mac sauce. Also my fries are stale. “ She rolls her eyes and takes my big mac. Looks at me and says “where are your fries?” They were in the car because I had taken my mig mac out to eat it and decided to get it fixed. I tell her “they are in the car.” She looks at me and with annoyance in her face says “well go get them!”. I was taken a back because never had I been given so much attitude from a food service employee. It was as if she was doing me a favor by taking my food and giving me what I ordered. When she came back she gave me my burger but now medium fries. I of course came back and asked for what I paid for. Large fries. As awful as this story is the worst thing is that filing a complaint/feedback to mcdonalds is even worse. They make the feedback submission so painful to do. Read moreMy rating... There's much to be said about this "Fast" food restaurant but I'll leave you with my most recent visit. I pulled up to the intercom to place my order to only be told I wasn't going to get my order taken and to pull forward.. with that I pulled forward questioning the reason as to why to then wait and sit in line behind 3 other vehicles waiting nearly 15 minutes a car to place there order, then wait for the food to be given and then be on there Mary way. Now I don't know whether they are short staffed or not but I think McDonald's came up with the 3-step "Order, Pay & Pick-up" for a reason but that's besides the point I guess... Anyways as I pulled up I told the women my order and as she placed it she decided to text someone an tell me to "hang on my friend just texted me" after 5 minutes or so she comes back with some of the food I ordered and totally forgot I wasn't done placing my order so she got upset took my order to then hand me a bag full of cold food stale buns and soggy fries after seeing this I asked her how long was this sitting here ? Then I asked her to kindly trash the food and give me a refund to then get a free mcflurry as an apology which amazed me because there machine is almost always broken all year round... Read moreLong line, Long wait (Manager said they are under stafffed). Next to a school so during school hours its always full of teenagers cursing, being loud and its not a sit down enjoy your food with your children type of McDonald's. Food was not at an acceptable eating temperature and the Cashier who was handling money was also scooping 🍟 with the same uncovered hands. Manager told me that they are Not required to wear gloves. Me just taking and passing My Food Protection Class in "Oct 2018" I didn't think touching money then going to serve food with the same hands was Sanitary. When I was Complaining "Ale'jandro" one of the cashiers who came out the back and was very rude speaking in spanish calling me "Basura" (I guess he thought I didn't listen to Cardi B, lol). And The Manager found nothing wrong with him talking to a unsatisfied customer in that way. I told them to take they food back and put My Money back on my card then My daughter, her friend and I left. My 5 year old daughter says she doesn't ever want to go back to that McDonald's, I will never take her back nor will I ever go back in there... They need to get better Management and better...
