I used to play in that park when I was just a little girl back in the sixties that should tell you how long it's been I came to visit "The Contona Park" (which was what they called it back then), Last week and it's changed so much but for the better they have alittle of everything that a child would love to play with they have handball courts which they never had there before I use to climb the mountain rocks It's what I used to call it when I was young because it was so many rocks to climb and so many games I played on the rocks. When my mother caught me climbing On the rocks she used to get scared because I was such a dead devil but it was so much fun today there's very few very few landmark boulderocks that are still there in the park now they have benches and other things that are nice to be there to experience for yourself, yes I love that park there was so many memories there for me and my family every now and then I go back and visit which a hopefully I will do soon again..If you haven't gone there yet to experience what I experience what I experienced when I was alittle girl then go and experience the beautiful park..you'll...

This park's supervisor, Abismael Rivera, continuously fails to stay on top of the needs of this park. Gladwin Park (formerly known as “Tremont Park” until November 2020) is never groomed properly, with frequent periods of broken glass everywhere, inconsistent care of the baseball field, weak lighting compared to most other NYC park's...

If Mr. Rivera is unable to stay on top of things, he should retire early! If you don't care about the parks you supervise, imagine how your own support staff sees you.

Whenever you mention Rivera’s name to a NYC Parks employee, they completely discredit him. #LeadByExample...

Yes, this park I know very well and it's a pleasant park and peaceful. I go there on nice days and eat my lunch and enjoy the day when I have nothing to do. Police are always patrolling the park and swirls running all over the trees and what not. It's a nice park to go and take your wonderful family and enjoy yourself. Listen , it's not good to go walking around in this park or any park at night, so be of the day, not of the night. Bad things happen to people in parks at night, so be careful and enjoy yourself in the day where people can see...

Poorly maintained. Some grass was cut, and some wasn't. No park employees or police presence. Men sleeping in the park throughout. Trash in the grass and on the steps, it's a shame because it is a beautiful park. Many groups of men but no children playing in the playgrounds. Very sad. Gibbs and I enjoyed our walk. Women and children may feel unsafe because of all the men and trash and no park staff or police presence.

Click on each picture and find the syringes children and dog unsafe and dangerous with all of these syringes and broken glass everywhere some these three syringes im the following pictures are today and the rest are from the past few weeks, it is embarrassing to get taxes so much by a city that does nothing to invest in the people they exploit. i definitely will be voting republican for now on this is disgraceful.

I've been coming to this park since I was 2 yrs old and I'm now 39 years old. I live 2 blocks from this park and foe a couple of years now, this park has been getting more dirtier and dirtier by time because ppl don't know how to clean up after themselves. Or the parks department don't keep up with the cleaning. It's too much to a point where I am starting to venture out to another park.
