McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

This McDonalds is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills. My husband order on the mobile app so that I can pick up the food I showed the code that was received and the first worker (Ygnacia)had no idea what I was asking. The second worker which was the manager looked at the code and checked the register and stated it was not in the system and just walked away without even letting me know he wasn’t going to help me any further. The third worker when I asked can I order the meals and can they honor the coupon she said no. I asked her to call the manager and she ignored me and continued to service the customer behind me. It was a huge inconvenience because I had to download the app and the app wasn’t even working. I was in this McDonalds for over 30 minutes. I finally gave up and just placed my order since it looked like no one was trying to resolve my issue. When I received my food I asked the worker who rang up my order to provide the managers name, she acted like she didn’t know it and she said she thinks his name is Michel. My order is #33 at 8:37pm at store number 19858. I will never return here again. If I was able to give no stars I would of chose...

Absolutely horrendous

None of the kiosks work. So had to pay full price for everything and go to the register. Register can't print any reciepts. Took a decade to make the food and when it finally came had a ton of missing items. Really tried arguing with us.

We ordered 2 meals and a coffee.

2 meals = 2 sodas? Right. Missing a soda. God forbid we tell them that. "Oh you have a coffee with your meal!"

You mean the coffee I spent nearly $5 on SEPARATELY on top of my meal? I would show you the receipt but you didn't give me one. After a back and forth with them over SODA. I get home and food is disgusting.

The ONLY reason I came here is because the other one is closed. It really surprises me that the same people who own the one on 204th own this one too.

It's DISGUSTING here, the customer service is TRASH, they joke and play around too much, even behind the counter looks like things aren't running right. I am GENUINELY disgusted. And you bet that I will be talking to someone about the conditions...

Im sorry 2say that i had a bad visit , im a softy when it comes 2homeless people & especially animals!💁 ok there was a homeless man sitting towards the back of McDonald's & was not eating & was sitting there making threats 2people & smelled so, so bad of urine!!😫 & fillthy bags & things that were sitting on the table like he was there all day or even lived there, & i notice that it wasn't only me that didn't want 2even go back there 2even use the restroom!!💁 so i told the gut in charge (manager) & looked at me & said nothing !!💁 mind u it wasn't busy either!!💁 he did nothing!!!! It wasn't even cold out side!! In any event i will never go there again 👎👎👎👎👎 the one star is...
