UPDATE 7-4-25: I gave this location a second chance and between 10:30pm-11pm same exact thing happened again in the Drive thru. Waited almost 10 minutes at the mic with multiple cars behind me and others on the other mic that arrived after I did. Again the incompetent employees that are put to work the Drive thru take the order from cars that got there after I did. Never again, the McDonalds in Bartow and the one in Sanford give better service and quicker. This location is total garbage. --------------‐------------------------------------------ The Drive thru service has gotten horrible to the point of just not going to this location anymore. They have 2 Drive thru mics, I'm at one of them ordering, and my order is simple 1 $5 deal and 1 $6 deal that's it. I'm able to tell the guy that had a super heavy accent my first order when tells me hold on and goes to the other mic and starts taking the order for the vehicle that was there and then goes on to take the next vehicle. I say hello my order he comes back and says yes please hold on and starts taking the next vehicle order. Three customers that got there after me, their orders were taken while I had to wait. I just left, that was disrespectful and there was no reason for it. Worst service I've had at a McDonald's. I do not recommend...

For starters, once you come in, the place looks inviting but you are soon met with these three EnorMous screen panels that'll give any non-computer literate person some pause.
Second, you cannot order at the cash register 😒 anymore because if you do you are taken by the 'cashier' over to the ever-frightening TV screen panel to place your order, leaving you MAD and perplexed 😵💫, because the same Three-Minute-long process spent at the GIGANTIC iPhone-like screen could have been averted by a simple and courteous 30-second long 'human-to-human' contact at the cash register. 💸 It's about Covid-19, say you? Naahh, that's not an excuse anymore. The cashier that helped me didn't have his mask properly placed over his mouth and nose 🤔 AND there was no Covid cleaning or disinfectant used to clean the screen panels with every use. 🤧
At another time when visiting this same Mc Cafe and using their drive-thru, I was met with a very 'rushed' cashier who kept saying after I uttered one word to the next "..is that it?...is that it?" annoying my own existence. 😖 No, I'm NOT a Karen but these young 17-21 need to understand that we older👵👴 folks can't be rushed let alone be...

I went into the restaurant to pick up an order and without even looking at the phone good the girl told me my order wasn’t ready , I believe she was the one in charge because she had a light blue shirt on , I was just waiting on COOKIES ! Every other person that went in after me left before me and I had an HOUR WAITING FOR COOKIES !!!!! When I would ask something she would respond with attitude and. Just say I don’t have that order mindview on my account that’s where I was supposed to pick up the order , all of that just because I’m Hispanic !!! But she was dismissing people Of her color first than me and once again I had an hour !!! And not to mention employees were also drinking while on the clock , they had a whole bottle in the kitchen in a bag :) ,great job McDonald’s I will definitely be reporting this and taking more action towards this !!!
