Food taste great and they prepare my boneless spare ribs they way I like it (well done). However, the delivery person is problematic; he doesn't wait for a tip, he demands one. And when he does that, he behaves in a rude manner. His behavior does not reflect well on this business and that will cost them clients and money. I called to complaint about the delivery person and all I got was..."we will tell him to be nice to you next time". Sorry, but I won't be ordering from this place anymore, even though their food taste great. Three stars for great food, minus two stars for having a rude and disrespectful delivery man, whose bad behavior is tolerated by Mein Chung...

They get two stars just because the LADY & the kid is nice and the food is always good. As far as the men And their delivery they are very mean & disgusting ! I went downstairs with my 3 year old daughter at the time to get my food and I had $20 bucks to my pocket at the time the guy decides to argue with me about a tip. I called the store and told the store that the guy disrespected me & nothing was done they just told me the man said he's not delivering to me again. One of my friends recommended this place to me and told me I was not going to be disappointed. My goodness was he right, this has got to be one of, if not the best Chinese food I have tasted in a very long time. The pork fried rice with the boneless ribs was so good that I was craving for more the next day but since I live a distance from there I just thought I wait it out until I go to Broadway again. People won't be disappointed when they try it out....5...
