Mimi and Jack's — Restaurant in New York

Ice cream wasn't bad, but not worth spending half an hour looking for parking Tho the only reason I went there was because of feedback from people telling me "all the different choices you can get" They have nothing but basic ice cream (which I can go to far better places) All the things they display on their screen they don't make, the waffle I ordered was raw and disgusting I asked them to put in a topping inside the mixture they said they don't do that (this is all while on the screen they show that they do it),the only thing they offer more than a typical ice cream shop is gummy bear toppings🤣 Doesn't live...

Me and my partner didn't feel very welcomed into the store when we first walked in. The place is pretty cute but I was upset when I asked the lady at the register if I can have a fork or a spoon and she threw it on a far counter where I wasn't standing by instead of handing it to me in my hands. It's the same as someone throwing cash at the cashier's table instead of having the decency to place it in the hands like a normal person. The chocolate lava cake was dry the ice cream was okay. We will be looking for better place with better...

Amazing experience! Ice cream is top notch, never tasted ice cream like this! Each flavor better than the next. The staff was super friendly and made this a great experience. They also have plenty of dessert options, coffee, slush and they make the sickest milkshakes!!!! Dreaming about the Lotus one we had!!!! This store belongs is NYC with the way its decorated.
