The Owner is ALWAYS around and working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the great vibes going and making sure guests are having a great time whether it’s a sports event, wrestling event, soccer, darts, or private event. We’ve been coming here every year for the Super Bowl and always have a great experience. The food is amazing, and the women behind the bar (and on the phone) are always polite and helpful.
However, tonight’s experience was completely unacceptable. After paying my bill, I realized my credit card was missing. One of the bartenders kindly suggested I check the floor and my bag, but we couldn’t find it. When I asked the male bartender (his name was either Neil or Dave) for help, he had a terrible attitude. He impatiently told me to “just write my last name” when I started writing it down—then dismissed me, saying my card wasn’t there and that I should just cancel it.
Turns out, my card had fallen into the ice bucket behind the bar, and the other bartender eventually found it. When I pointed this out to him, instead of apologizing, he gave me the middle finger from across the bar—for everyone to see. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
