Dear myrtle pub

I am the guy you banned from Myrtle pub on Saturday. I would like to start by saying I love your bar and am in there multiple times per week. I love Myrtle pub.

A few weeks ago I was in and needed some water. There was no bartender inside at the time to ask for water but I assumed the big glass container with ice in it was water so I grabbed an 12oz clear cup and poured a cup. I took one sip and realized the water had jalepenos in it. If you watch the video, you will see I poured it out the window a few moments later.

I understand that this looks bad on camera and would like to say that this is a massive misunderstanding.

Please allow me to cover the cost of the product and unban us from the bar. We would hate to lose this staple from our life

On second thought I’m not paying you for poisoning me when I was simply trying to hydrate. Keeping spirits in unlabeled containers and keeping it within reach of customers is against nys liquor authority rules. And you had the nerve to yell at us in a crowded bar saying “THERES NO DISCUSSION”

This is a nice neighborhood bar. However, on Saturday 08/06/22 my friends and I were treated terrible by the bartender. She stated that her name was Elizabeth but I’m not sure if she was honest. When we tried to ask her for drinks she made this gesture with her hand telling us to be quiet. She even argued with us because she overheard us complaining in Spanish. She was completely rude and unprofessional. We told her that her way of approaching us was unprofessional and that she needs to treat her customers with respect. She refused to apologize or acknowledge her errors. I’ll return to the bar but will not allow to be serviced by her. I honestly feel we were targeted by her due to our race. I hope that management can discuss this situation with her and...

What a pity the way this place went down in every part of it. The service, the bartender who I always tipped +50% literally not replying to me saying I said something the last time I came when I haven’t been here in the past 6 months. They had a great happy hour, last time it went up on price I asked about it. This time they took out the “shot” part of the happy hour and the bartender was telling me why do I want to argue about it pointing at a sign that was covered by other sign in the back of the bar. It’s just a pity that a place I used to come always for fun times has this bad service. I am not stepping in here anymore. Took away hotdogs. Put up prices. Took away shots. And on top of that it doesn’t matter if you come with a smile they will treat...
