The food is good but customer service is lack luster. Ordered from them & Athey forgot something, cool cause its happened before. Call, guy says we can make an arrangement since I paid cash they would have to bring the $ back but they were buy, sure 2 free toppings plus the pepperoni I PAID FOR. Go over it 3 times, assures me he wrote it down. Call today to redeem my order & NO its not written down & while its our fault we not honoring it since you dont the name of the person. 5+ mins & 2 phone calls later I am given the option of picking up my $ (obviously not cause I didnt pick up the pizza) or get the 1 free topping w the pepperoni I paid for. None of the options seem reasonable since I agreed to a plan because they were busy. I got my $ back for the topping but now I have to walk to Rosas for pizza cause not ordering from here again. On top of talking to someone who.wasn't equipped to handle the call, having messages relayed from the "owners son" who couldn't be bothered with getting on the phone, the delivery guy relays a message to my 16yr old CHILD. Very unprofessional guys. While my $ won't put a dent in their business, nor will me telling all the ppl I know about this & them discontinuing their business but getting out the word on how unprofessional...

We ate this too quickly to take a proper picture, as soon as this pizza arrived we dug in and absolutely tore it up. This place is such a hidden gem, absolutely unreal the value you get from ordering here. The vegan family pack is absolutely delicious and incredible. Allow me to list the value:

50 dollars for:

1 vegan pizza 1 giant vegan eggplant parm 1 plate of vegan lasagna 1 good sized portion of Italian bread loaf 2 large side salads with choice of dressing 1 two litre of soda

This deal is absolutely incredible and keeps us coming back time and time again. Anyone who has gotten a vegan pizza in Brooklyn knows you're likely paying a penny just to have a single pizza delivered. The fact that this deal exists restores my faith in humanity and encourages me to be a more generous person. This deal feeds 2 people for an entire week. I cannot say enough good things. Not only all of this. But the delivery person was so kind and respectful. The entire meal arrived hot and the drink arrived cold, and we live pretty far from the restaurant and they delivered it through pouring rain as well.

Completely seriously, this place knocks any other Brooklyn pizza deal out of the water....

Came here after confirming with the staff that their gluten-free pizza dough is indeed vegan, because it’s often the case that gluten-free pizza dough isn’t vegan. The gluten-free dough only comes in 10” personal pie size, but it was fine as I took the leftovers home. I got it with vegan cheese, vegan sausage, spinach, and mushrooms. It was pretty enjoyable - the crust was thin but got a little on the tough side once it got slightly cooler, but still very enjoyable. I might add onions next time or maybe just garlic and salt as it was just missing a little something.

I like that they have many vegan meats options for their pizzas and pastas so you don’t feel like you’d be stuck with only one or two options.

Boyfriend and his brother got regular cheese slices and enjoyed them well enough that they got another slice to split between them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you might need whether you’re eating there or taking out. Nothing fancy inside - just a handful of tables and chairs and a TV that had some sports on at the time. But it was clean and comfortable enough to eat our...

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this places deserves a million and one stars. We had never been to San Remo’s before and were very excited to place an order for their vegan items. The gentlemen who answered the phone had immaculate customer service and happily read all of the vegan options to us one by one. We ordered the vegan family pack, that comes with a large pizza, sub, lasagnas, bread loaf, two salad, and a two liter soda; all for $50, which is a great deal since most vegan pizzas cost $50 alone. After we ordered for delivery, there was a discrepancy with distance, but the owner himself took care of it and actually hand delivered our pizza faster than any Uber eats order we’ve ever placed! Plus the food was delicious. This place is genuinely hidden find, especially for vegans/vegetarians. I’d like to thank San Remo again for their professionalism and dedication to their customers. Would highly recommend!

Queens Vegans rejoice!! Are you tired of driving to Brooklyn for good vegan pizza? Because I know I am. Finally a Pizzeria in Queens that make some delicious pizza. It’s not super oily, can’t stand when you fold a slice and see oil just flooding to the middle of the slice. Vegan cheese is great, the sauce is amazing! It taste like a NY pizza slice. Their pepperoni roll is delicious! There chicken roll is delicious! Both me and my wife love it and we have tried many places. The only negative is that they didn’t give me a marinara on the side with these meals, so don’t forget to ask for marinara sauce to go with you rolls. I’m a return customer for sure. Thank you guys for making the investment to make vegan pizza.
