We were looking for a place to go out to eat after a funeral. We came for lunch, as we had never eaten here before. We ordered a Mediterranean salad, chicken parm, penne vodka and a grilled combo. We were all very happy with the food. We spoke to the owner told him our needs for a place to eat after the funeral in 3 days at 7:30pm for about 20 people, he said no problem and he could always adjust if more people came. He told us if we wanted something not on the menu he could probably fix it but we were very happy with the food choices mentioned above. He said he would serve the food family style, we added in a 3 dessert platter with the dinner at a per person charge. We set it up for 20 people, he told us do not order to much food, what other restaurant would tell you, don't order more food, because we would just end up taking the extra home. Only16 people showed up, you never know how many will come after a funeral. There was plenty of food to take home and he only charged us for the 16 that came not the 20 we set up for. I will come back for the food alone but when you add in the owners accommodations to people he never met before and the wonderful wait staff. I will be coming back here soon and often. Looking for a spot for a family dinner after a wake.....and found this hidden gem around the corner! Spoke with owner about having a party of 15-30 people. Unsure as to how many family members could attend and owner advised that he could set up easily for 20 and could add additional dishes if more attended. Price per head are reasonable and portions are great.

Came back next day to try out food and we were Simply Blown Away. All dishes were amazing delicious. Decided not to look any further....this was our spot and choose family style dishes for Sunday. Price per head are reasonable and portions are great.

Everything was perfect. Family walked in and in 5 minutes later food came out, and kept coming out. Everyone loved the food. Staff were amazing and friendly. So many family member who live here in Queens all stated they would come back. They were amazed they hadn't found or heard of...

First of all food is really tasty, but the service just destroys taste of everything. First, our table was dirty from previous costumers, and the waiter didn’t even look at it, so we had to let her know to clean the table, she didn’t like that definitely, but she came to clean table pushing sugar and everything from table directly on me and my food. Made my food not eatable, and the time spent here miserable. Second, the plate was dirty and hair was on my meat pie, together with sugar that got in my food because she was pushing everything from the table directly on my plate without thinking what she was doing.
