The bagels are good, but it is painful how wrong they get the orders. I ordered a large red eye with 4 shots of espresso and a bagel. I ordered it like that because the staff can’t agree on how many shots a red eye has to begin with. Ordering a red eye here is a totally random experience. I kindly asked the server to repeat it back to me “4 shots total.” and left a generous tip. I watched them make it with 3 shots, I asked the girl who made it if there were 4 shots in it, because it looked like she only added three. She assured me there were 4. I trusted her. Then my bagel came out crazy wrong. While they were fixing their obvious error, I asked the cashier who took my order if my coffee was really made with 4 shots, because it didn’t taste like it. She again assured me that it was, then the woman who made my coffee piped in and said that she only made it with 3 shots because a red eye only comes with 1 shot, so by ordering 2 extra shots that only amounted to 3, so they made it with 3 shots. This was the same lady I asked earlier while it was being made. Why did she tell me it had 4 then? They didn’t remake my drink, even though it was wrong. I ordered a red eye with 4 shots total, what I got was 3 shots and a bunch of unnecessary lies....
Read moreI am rating three because the bagels are good but the problem I have is we are living in COVID-19 epidemic the law states that you wear a mask when you go into a public place and I definitely feel for the respect of others you should have to wear a mask and the employees should enforce that rule I went into the place to get a bagel this morning and there were three people with no mask when I asked them to put mask on they laughed at me I told the cashier that his jobIs to try to enforce the rules his answer to me was his boss does not care as long as people are spending money I think that is a terrible answer and if that’s what he feels he is not the only bagel shop around because that’s telling me that you do not care if your employees are making the eggs in the back with no mask or...
Read moreThe best kept secret for those looking for a quick bite in the morning, afternoon and evening hours. And extensive menu featuring everything from cakes pastries and cookies to exotic coffees as well as teas. the decor has a modern rustic appearance , with tasteful touches of reclaimed wood. The biggest bagel I ever had to date. Not too many hipsters when I came in. Music was not blaring like other coffee houses that I’ve been too. They open at 6:00 and close at 10:00 pm. The bagel I had was perfect but the coffee was a tad over brewed. Nevertheless I won’t hold that against them. I hope to come here in the mornings to mentally prepare myself for my hectic day. I’m almost afraid to write this review fearing hipsters will read it and make this place their...
