I visited the spa for scalp treatments with a girl friend. Overall it was a nice experience and I would return!

Pros: My friend and I booked a shared room for our head spa treatments. It was separated by a door and normal walls from the rest of the spa. Not all sinks/massage tables seemed to be this private. I booked on a Thursday for a Saturday at 1pm. They called me to confirm and were very accommodating over the phone. Gave me a run down of the service and were very helpful. We got the advanced head treatment. They gave good massages on scalp, neck and shoulders and arms. Overall the treatment felt worth the price. They honored the first time treatment price so it was $98 plus tip. The spa was clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I opted in to the optional facial, and enjoyed the face mask and eye covering they provided. My scalp felt clean after and the included blow dry service was nice. They use Dyson hair dryers, round brushes and used product.

Cons: The set up and tools used were very noisy during the treatment. You’ll hear water draining, tools dropping in the sink, and hoses throughout your entire treatment. I would recommend bringing ear plugs, or generally be prepared for it to not be quiet/peaceful in that way. We weren’t offered a drink prior to our treatment, only after when we were ready to leave. Not a huge deal but they do mention it as a perk for your service. Before wetting your hair, they do a dry scalp massage and use a head massage tool, but for such a short time! I would have preferred 5-10 more minutes of that to some of the washing and water massaging they did. If you go, maybe ask for more emphasis here. I would probably skip the optional facial next time in favor of more massage time. I kept waiting for them to massage my scalp with conditioner. They never came back to massage after the shampoo stages.

I decided to try out their services again after speaking to management about my subpar experience previously.

I booked an appointment Saturday morning with Lucy for the 60 minute head spa and signature hydrafacial. Upon entering, I was given slippers and led to my room to start the facial. Before entering the first room, they ask if you want to use the bathroom which is beautiful within itself (video included). The bathroom has an automatic toilet which makes it feel luxurious.

Afterwards, They gave me a towel/robe to change into and she started up the facial a few minutes after. She steamed my face, did extractions, and also a massage during the facial. It ended up being an hour and change for the duration and I felt super relaxed after. Lucy kindly brought be water to hydrate a bit before moving onto my head spa.

Moving onto the head spa, it was a complete 180 experience. She laid me down, gave me a weighted heater for my waist, and started with steaming my hair for a few minutes while giving me another massage- needless to say(m, it was super relaxing and I felt like I was on cloud 9. She worked and cleaned my scalp with various tools and thoroughly washed while massaging my scalp. I was pretty happy about the service and soon after, she took me to the blow drying room to style/dry my hair.

Wow! I had such an amazing experience here. First off, I have to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Yuki, who treated my hair with so much care and attention. I have relaxed hair, and I usually run into issues when it comes to detangling, but Yuki handled it effortlessly.

The deluxe package includes a full upper body massage — back, neck, arms, chest, ears, and scalp — and even an ear cleaning, which surprisingly felt great! The entire facility is spotless and modern, and Yuki was consistently thoughtful, checking in on the water temperature and making sure the massage pressure was just right.

You also get a facial as part of the package, making it an incredibly well-rounded experience. If you’re African American or have coarse hair, I recommend bringing your own tools. I provided Yuki with a detangling comb that works best for my texture, along with my own blow dryer with a comb attachment. She had no issues working with my hair, and I chose to style it myself afterward, which they were totally fine with. I’ll show a picture of my hair afterwards.

They also use high-quality hair products — my hair felt super soft, and my scalp felt so clean. I was preparing to install a wig, so styling wasn’t a priority for me, but my main goal was a deep clean, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations.
