I love Jessie and Jane they are my favorite I always leave happy with the work they do! Super sweet treat everyone so nicely. Music makes it a drama free environment such a plus and they always deliver when they ask what you want this time. They are rude and unfriendly in this place and will charge you for everything even things that are included in a manicure like the shape of your nail if you want to change it. My cuticle was still left on as you can see in the photo and residual nail filings were never swept off or cleaned before applying new polish and UV, this is very nasty and unhygienic. They cannot provide a basic manicure job without you asking or paying extra. Girl on the right side in the last seat is especially bad and has drawn blood several times. Got a gel french manicure, looked great but after 2 days, the gel came off the free cap of my nail. Luckily I went back right away and they fixed it free of charge. :)

But 3-4 days after I started to see lifting on most of my nails. It’s been a week and I feel like the nail plate should have been prepped better to avoid lifting so quick.

Could be better on the hygiene aspect, sanitizing machines could use a clean. Some rags look like they haven’t been cleaned or replaced but that could just be me.
