New Yorker's Ice Cream & Treats — Restaurant in New York

Service is very poor. Items are not available always.You may get disappointed if you expect to get certain things from their menu only. What I have faced I am sharing that honestly. I had to stand on the counter for 15minutes even there is no person to talk to you while one person was preparing order for other customer. After waiting for 15 minutes he came to talk and informed the item I want to order is not available.But it was showing available online as well written in the counter. I was surprised. He could ask and inform that to me earlier. He didn’t do that and his attitude was somewhat rude I felt.No parking available nearby as well.I won’t...

I was disappointed in quality of ice cream after reading the good reviews here.

The vanilla and salty caramel that came from the ice cream machines were not good. Vanilla was grainy. Salty caramel tasted like onion. My boyfriend said it tasted like gasoline.

The pina colada and mango soft serve were pretty good, however. Lychee pudding (jelly) also good. We may give this place another try. Sad to say our first experience...

Please completely cover drinks that are scheduled for delivery. Received our mango smoothie via uber eats with ashes in our drink from delivery person smoking. Tried to call the shop to provide feedback no answer. Gave a 4 rating for previous good experience but because of this experience, management should implement this for the safety of customers...
