Wow! Never have I been so disrespected at a fast food restaurant chain! I ordered Curbside on the app and wanted half spicy half mild, but had no “notes” option when placing the order. I tried calling- no answer. So when I got there I let them know . I was told I can't change my order but insisted the app gave me no option to customize my order so they gave me half and half as requested. When I asked how to customize a pick up order on the app to avoid this issue for next time, the customer service was horrible! After noticing that I was right and no “notes for pick up” was available to customize my order, the worker told me “I gave you what you wanted now take your food and go” and she walked away very rude. As she turned around I got to see her name tag starting with “Lee or Lei” something. I asked for her name and she kept giving me her back. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told by another worker that she was on break. Someone came to help me less than a minute later, I’m assuming the manager, assistant manager, or shift leader. Regardless, she was very professional and helpful. I explained all I wanted was to avoid this order issue for next time and I don’t feel anyone should ever be talked to in such a disrespectful manner and as a paying customer to be told “get your food and go!”. As the manager spoke to the hostile worker I could hear her excuse and stating she wasn’t being rude as she was speaking in a rude tone. I was offered a free side which wasn’t necessary, but nice of the manager. I’m writing this review because it’s vital for a chain to treat their customers with respect. I hope someone reads this and works on their...
Read moreNormally the service is decent but yesterday was the exception. Placed a mobile order on the app, arrived about 15 minutes after I ordered and ended up waiting another 40 minutes for my food. The wait times were so bad that a bunch of customers had requested refunds and left but I decided to wait only because I had already paid on the app. The customers that did wait, they were smart to check their food before they left since a lot of them were missing items that they paid for or not given exactly what they ordered. One woman checked before she left and was missing her sides of fries and mac and it's baffling to me that they forgot 2 of the things she paid for. One thing I can kinda understand but 2? I myself had finally received my order and upon checking noticed that they forgot the pie I ordered, which meant I had to wait another 10 minutes for it. The only reason I didn't leave one star is because the African American dude handling the cashier was absolutely trying his best to deal with the chaos going on in the kitchen. One customer ended up cussing him out as I was there and it didn't feel fair to cuss out the only person in the kitchen who seemed to know what they were doing. I barely go to Popeyes nowadays and after my experience yesterday, I don't think you'll catch me going to this location whenever I do crave some Popeyes in the future. Also, the fried chicken and the pie could've spent an extra 2 minutes in...
Read moreUpon entering the establishment I noticed it was clean except for a single overflowing trash receptacle, I went to the restroom, which was quite well kept. As I approached the register to peruse the menu I aggressively told in a thick accent by the young woman behind the counter to place my order at the kiosk, which is when my wife and I realized there were a few kiosks on which nothing on the menu is listed in any way similar to the main menu at counter, so it actually made things slower, and a note to the Management/proprietor, not everyone can or wants to use a kiosk, consider every possible customer. The wings ordered by wife were rather dry and was just fried wings with bbq sauce laid over, my two piece spicy meal was done right, and the fries were very good. The best thing about the place was the ambiance, and the outside seating area must be quite busy...
