Pick and choose service, donât recommend! They tend to only lookout who they personally know and provide excellent service to those. We wanted to have an excellent evening for Motherâs day but end up leaving after the salads. I understand they recently open and may lack quality and service, however, this was not the case. They have food and service but it was only attentive to those who they know or care. I hope it will get better!!!
RESPONSE 5/12/2025: Thank you for taking the time and provide your response. You also didnât have to spend your valuable time watching the security footage, as the manager and/or owner was personally present on the scene, while we brought the persistent issue to your attention. We truly understand the full capacity. However, the timely service was not provided compared to the guests next to our table and the company in the cube. The salads were pre-ordered a day in advance, and they were on the table already upon our arrival. I am sure the security footage will show that. In addition to the salads, we pre-ordered compote, soft drinks, and some hot appetizers. The drinks were not served until multiple reminders, hot appetizer had to be reminded multiple times as well and the one being out of stock. On top of that, we ordered a soup for a child, which also made it to our table after escalations, because we were simply left to receive the least of the service, but the other tables in the cube and next to us in the meantime were checked at least 5-6 times. We truly understand what it means to serve clients, as it is a very hard business to be in; we waited and gave multiple chances until almost 9 PM, but it didnât get any better. This is when we brought the issue to your attention as we were leaving the restaurant. Please take the opportunity to make this right for all the guests who come to have an evening spent in a positive atmosphere. I am sure, as you recognize, we will not come to the place to have a complimentary meal, please share those with...
Read moreThe worst experience in Uzbeki restaurant so far. And I've been in every single one in Brooklyn. It looked promising after renovation - stylish, neat and modern. But that all changed in about half an hour. I couldn't tell you how good is the kebab as I had to take it to go and reheat at home. As I ordered kebabs, the ambiance music was turned off and shockingly loud Uzbek music was turned on. So loud, - the table was vibrating. Then the light was turned off and the modern restaurant turned into Uzbek night club in the village. People in the booth were celebrating something and that was their request I assume. Noone cared for other customers left to eat in the darkness and unable to carry conversation amid dancing women. It still didn't even occurred to the waiter that it is disturbing when I got up and asked my still grilling food to be packed and asked for check. I guess some guest are important and others not.
It was my first time in this place after renovation and I'm definitely not...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Anor, and I can confidently say itâs the best restaurant Iâve been in. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet elegant vibe that immediately made me feel comfortable.
The menu was well-curated and offered a great selection of flavorful dishes. I especially enjoyed everything which was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a burst of authentic flavors.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the service.
Whether youâre looking for a place for a casual dinner or a special occasion, Anor is a fantastic choice. Iâll definitely be...
