Iâve ordered delivery from this place many times, and I have to sayâthe food is absolutely delicious. Whether itâs a main dish or a dessert, everything is consistently tasty and well-prepared. However, the delivery experience has recently been disappointing. The first issue happened when my order was mixed up. The restaurant explained it was a staff mistake and offered a refund, which I declinedâthey promised a discount for an in-person visit instead (I havenât tested that yet, but I plan to). Then, the very next day, I placed another order and specifically asked them not to mix it up again. I was honestly expecting some kind of follow-up or apology for the previous mistake, but that didnât happen. Instead, they included a pen in the delivery bagâno explanation, just a pen. Once again, I want to stress: the food is fantastic. But messing up two orders in a rowâon different days, with different staff and timesâshows poor service. I hope the owner reads this and takes it seriously. Also, the fact that no one speaks English on the phone is a big drawback for non-Russian-speaking customers. Update : While Iâve always praised this place for the quality of the food, I have to admit that my recent experiencesâboth with delivery and feedback from friendsâhave shown a serious decline in service.
Today, my friend visited the restaurant in person and unfortunately found a hair in her sushi. At first, staff tried to simply remove it (which is unacceptable), but eventually replaced the roll. Still, this wasnât handled professionally, and they clearly didnât want anyone to noticeâit wasnât announced, apologized for publicly, or compensated beyond the replacement.
She also confirmed that staff repeatedly double-checked orders because mistakes happen often. In fact, she witnessed customers being chased after because the wrong food was given to them.
On top of that, the menu has dishes from various cuisines, but the quality is really hit-or-miss. For example, the carbonara is nowhere near authentic Italian standards. And the fact that they serve sushi rolls with chicken⊠I donât even know how to describe that politelyâitâs just wrong.
Iâll say it again: the food here can be great. But the service is currently a disaster. I sincerely hope the owner takes this feedback seriously because this place has so much potential, but itâs being ruined by poor management and complete chaos...
Read morean honest review. I visited this place for the first time two days ago and really liked it â it was bright and beautiful. We ordered coffee and a dessert. The Oreo dessert was delicious. The only thing was that the coffee came without sugar or a small spoon. I asked for sugar, they brought it, but I had to stir with the dessert fork.
Today I came back with my husband. I told him their menu wasnât bad, so letâs go for Sunday brunch, but unfortunately it was disappointing.
First of all, when you walk in, nobody greets you with a warm welcome, and first impressions are important. We were with a baby, but no one even offered us a high chair. When we decided to ask for one, it was hard to get the waiterâs attention. The staff really could use more smiles. There was only one girl working â she was taking orders, bringing menus, handling deliveries, answering phones, and receiving orders for the restaurant from outside. I understand why she wasnât smiling and didnât come over to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything.
We ordered solyanka soup, sea buckthorn tea, an omelet, and pasta. The tea tasted like it was just diluted with hot water, no real tea flavor at all. I wanted to ask for sugar and a spoon, but again it was almost impossible to get the waiterâs attention. The solyanka came cold and without bread. I immediately asked for bread, but it never came (this was the first time in my life I was served soup without bread). The salad leaves that came with the omelet were spoiled and blackened, showing they werenât fresh and too much oil in the salad. The pasta was $15, which is not expensive, but the portion was so small it was hardly more than one forkful. We wanted to order more coffee and dessert, but since no one came over, we just asked for the check instead. When leaving, nobody said goodbye â it may seem like a small thing, but its absence is noticeable. And the music was strange . I donât want to hurt the rating because I understand how hard it is to run this kind of business, so Iâll leave 4 stars, though in my case it could have easily been 2. I hope the owners pay attention to these issues, and I also wish them growth and many...

We used to really enjoy this café and came back expecting the same great food, but this time the experience was completely disappointing.
We ordered a Caesar salad, and the lettuce was clearly not fresh â the leaves looked dark and wilted, like it had already expired. The chicken on the salad was undercooked at first, and when we asked them to fix it, they just used the same chicken again. It still didnât taste fresh at all and had a strange, spoiled flavor.
We also got mashed potatoes with chicken balls. The chicken itself was fine, but the mashed potatoes looked and tasted like they were cooked several days ago â dry, rubbery, and unpleasant.
Finally, we ordered a meat pizza, which came out undercooked and doughy. It honestly felt like none of the food was prepared properly or freshly.
Itâs really disappointing because this cafĂ© used to be one of our favorite spots. I hope management takes this seriously â the quality has dropped drastically, and we definitely wonât be coming back unless...
