I ordered a cleanse from Juice From the Raw directly and was asked to choose a day for delivery. I chose a day before I was to begin my cleanse, so I didn't have to worry about freezing them because there are 18 bottles in a cleanse. The day the shipment was supposed to deliver, it never made it and I didn't get my shipment until the following day. Unfortunately, I couldn't begin my cleanse a day later because I had to travel for work (flying to the west coast) on what would be my last cleanse day.
I emailed the company directly on the originally scheduled shipment day once I realized it was not going to be delivered that day. I explained that I would not be able to start the cleanse the day after due to my travel schedule and asked if the juices would still be okay if stored in my refrigerator (since I had no room in my freezer) and started the cleanse 6 days after the originally scheduled delivery. I received a response (from the President of the company/Customer Service rep) saying that I would need to freeze the juices for them to be okay. I again explained that was not possible and asked for a refund since I would not be able to do the cleanse and it was due to their shipment not coming on the day it was promised. They responded telling me the juices would be fine frozen up to 6 months (why thank you for the information that has nothing to do with my concern, perhaps you could also tell me what the weather was in London last Tuesday as that would be just as helpful to me). I again responded explaining that I was traveling and could only keep them in my refrigerator for the time I would be away and could only start the cleanse once I return. Then the same person (President of the company/Customer Service rep) I have been communicating with told me that the juices SHOULD be fine as they are shipped frozen and they are probably frozen still in my refrigerator. Well, that's not a risk I am willing to take, ESPECIALLY since the first response said they would not last that long. Shoddy responses and poor customer service. I will never do business with this company again. Oh, also when I told them how unhappy I was, they told me they are sorry I feel that way. Gee, thanks! I'm sorry I blew $100 on juices that will be going down my drain, but I'm most sorry that Juice From the Raw doesn't stand behind their promises and tell their customers two different stories.

I ordered 2 cleanses for my husband and I to be delivered on Jan 6th. One cleanse did arrive and the other did now. I got in contact with the president of the company who assured me it would be shipped out on the 8th which guess again, it was not. I called customer service and was interrupted several times with the representative telling me I was "wrong". My husband and I planned our entire week around this cleanse. We didn't have food for the days we were supposed to be juicing and the fresh produce we bought for the days after the cleanse have now gone bad. I reached out to the president again and she basically blew me off saying it would be delivered today and "sorry". Also I might add when I discussed with the president about how rude her customer service was, she defended her representative talking about how "dawn is a nice girl but she gets overwhelmed and emotional" never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional company. Not just the costumer service reps but also the president. What ever happened to the customer being right? Instead I was argued with and left feeling like I was in the wrong. She never once offered me anything for my troubles but just kept saying "sorry" and listing various excuses and defending her poor company. Read moreWent to this Ouri’s establishment recently and it was the worst experience. I have heard so many good things about this market via social media and was excited to visit. Unfortunately they do not even put prices for their produce and most of their products! Ridiculous if you ask me. Anyways when asking any employee about prices they say I don’t know and have no idea what you’re talking about. I asked one of them how much a bag of bread costs and she said to me “How am I suppose to know”, well you are the one putting them out figured maybe you’d know. The ladies behind the bagel counter were absolutely obnoxious , I just simply asked if I can order a bagel with tuna and they rudely said back “with what bagels” and a nasty face with a rude tone which was a way of telling me they are out of their bagels. First of all there were bagels in the baskets but whatever could have kindly told me you were sold out. All of the employees I have spoken and asked questions to were rude and disrespectful, they need to learn how to speak nicely and respectfully to their PAYING customers.
