To sum it up, Terrible and childish customer service. I couldnât get her name cus her tag was on reverse but another worker told me her name was Pia, an older black woman in her 40âs she gave so much attitude unwarranted. I came in with my mom @6:45pm during that time I would hear her yelling across the room to nobody âanybody is doing credit only. Anybody doing mobile serviceâ we werenât sure who she was yelling those orders and questions to since we saw our name on the waitlist in the screen and we were yet to be called by name. There was another worker who was busy helping out a family and told us he will be with us after he is done with the other client meanwhile Pia never looked up from her computer and addressed us even after finishing off her client. Around 7:40pm she leaves for 15 mins to go to the back room of the store. When she comes back she goes up to a male customer to tell him itâs @8pm and itâs closing time to which he vocalize his frustration since he was interested in becoming a new customer and wanted to set up an account and been waiting over 30 mins. She tells him come back another day without acknowledging his inconvenience. Then she leaves for 5 mins probably to continue closing the store and leaves us there waiting. She comes back out and asks us what we need and we said we are here to buy a new phone. She sucks her teeth and stomps her feet and looks away for a good while probably to roll her eyes and says thatâs gonna take too long cus the system is slow. I tell her that weâve been waiting for over an hour and if the system was really that slow and there was a problem why couldnât she have told us that from the beginning so we didnât have to waste our time. She looks away again, sucks her teeth at the wall and says âidk what to tell you.â And walks away. Didnât even apologize or acknowledge our frustration just like how she treated the other guy like what kind of response is that. I have never seen such childish and dismissive behavior from an adult and an employee. Luckily the other black male employee was kind he said he can try to help us after the family. We took into consideration that he was swamped and it was already closing time so we told him itâs okay but Pia shouldâve been the one to help us since she was free. She was more concerned about closing up shop and locking doors than attending to the customers that have been waiting a long time to finally be served. The Customer representative told me my number got Stuck while Transfer and they sent the request to the wrong career so they canât do anything about it! Please anybody can help me what can I do now? Because I work for Uber and I need that number to sign up my account! I canât work for a week now, I been talked to almost 20 representative! Every talk is more than one hour to two hours, it Waste me a lot of time and all the answers is they canât do anything the only way is to keep waiting! Even Transfer me to the supervisor and the supervisor told me she donât have that power, they have all different departments so canât help me with that!!
