Just a bunch of disrespectful people caring only about how much money they make.
First, they do not respect homeowners, who have a clearly posted sign that says, “ no flyers, please.” They keep putting their junk flyers right next to the sign.
I also had a super bad experience with one of their delivery drivers.
I was riding my bike, on a clearly marked bicycle lane, with my kid tagging along on his own bike. A Papa John’s Pizza delivery car was parked on that bike lane, with the driver sitting in the car, texting, and with the engine idling.
My kid and I could not pass on a clearly marked bike lane, so we tried to squeeze between the pizza delivery car, and the parked cars.
Since the driver side window was open, I calmly told the driver that he shouldn’t park on the bike lane. The driver just exploded and started cursing at me right in front of my kid, and threatening me that he would punch me.
Since I don’t let people talk to me like that I did talk back to him, but since I had my kid with me, I was careful about my language.
The driver decided to follow us with a car, for about a block, cursing and threatening, and even getting out of the car.
My kid and I made a turn on the Avenue going in the opposite direction of the traffic to get away from that monster.

Read moreThe food orders themselves are done well 98% of the time, how ever if you order one sauce and get a different one instead, you will have to call time and again and harrass the workers in order to make them fix it. The workers rarely speak English well so misunderstandings happen occasionally, understandable and not a big issue. But again, FIXING THE MISTAKE IS A PAIN IN THE ASS. Just today we order 4 cups of nacho cheese dip but instead received 4 blue cheese. I called and a barely understandable man answered. I had to explain myself multiple times (each very specific and clear) before he said he would send the driver back out with the right sauces. 20 minutes go by and we get a missed call, I've been staring out the window the entire time to watch for the driver, no one showed up. I called again, spoke to the same man who said the driver told him that he (the driver) gave us sauces. Once again I explained the issue and, again, he told me he'd send the driver out. 30 minutes go by and no one shows up. I've called twice since...

The stores only response was that’s not our problem, call Uber eats. Gave me a phone number and it’s the merchant number that I obviously can’t use.
