La Snackeria NYC — Restaurant in New York

The food was delicious, only thing was bothered me was the waitress/ servers who served us, I went with a group of friends and we each came our first time , were not Hispanic never tried Hispanic food in our lives , we don’t know anything and we do not looks Hispanic I would’ve be appreciated it if she would kindly explained but in that feeling I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome because she was kind of rushing us to what to take the orders I asked if there anything to drink and the servers said “ look” in the fridge …. And there’s no water at all, like if you go to any restaurant they at least serves you water like am I supposed to buy water myself? I think adding waters would be a nice to attract the customers no? The games was like all dirty and broken do they even buy a new games etc? And when I asked for extra napkins tooks so long to give us fews napkins unbelievable, if you want good tips behave better, don’t questions yourself why your tips so little because ask yourself that questions I don’t even think they deserve tips since they not really serving or bussing right? Or it doesn’t hurt to say “ hi welcome in” thank you have a nice day. They just get the check, check the tips and call it a day. This has to be change I don’t know how this store is...

I have ordered from here a few times and never had a huge problem until now. One time they forgot part of my order, luckily they sent it but of course i have to tip 2x for their mistake not the delivery guy fault they couldn’t prep it correctly. Today i ordered 3 simple items 2 mango bowls and a vaso loco. We have ordered these in the past which is why we ordered again and with this heat we were really looking forward to getting this. Sadly today our stuff was left outside, no we didnt request contactless delivery. The delivery person didnt call, text or even ring the bell to let us know the food is here. It is 97 degrees outside and you just leave things that melt outside?! If I had not checked the GrubHub app i wouldnt have known it was delivered. Checking my camera the driver dropped it off and walked away leaving my food outside for half an hour! Also the mango bowl was NOT what I expected. A third of the bowl is full with smoothie and it has these gummies that i didnt request, yes i know big whoop but gummies arent my thing and i didnt order them I would much rather have alot of smoothie (what i ordered) than gummies. Sorry to give one stars, but me and my boyfriend experiences here was awful, especially the servers please do me a favor you guys could hire a better servers than that, I am a servers myself and I have so much manners and respect. When I ordered and i know that the worker was only working there herself but when she food was ready, there she completely ignored it and was keep doing what she was doing which making drinks. Like that’s common sense to serves food first before it’s get cold no? . Never checked on us on how we doing anything. The food was AMAzing like the chef did an amazing jobs but I think the place in order to survive is the customer service skills because you guys live off tips no?. Anyways… there a sign saying “ please waited to be seated “ and we got a tiny of seat in a weekdays which it was super empty why can’t we get a better seat if you know there plenty of seats, I’ve read the comments most complaining about the servers lack of energy Or of joys.
