Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I had my first bad experience here. Usually, this is my one to go pizzeria. Today, however, they were rude, and hung up to me not once, not twice, but 3 times! Unbelievable! Nevertheless, I must say the pizza is delicious. Never had a bad experience with the food, but with the staff as a whole. They ignored me and refused to tell me when the pizza was going to arrive. I order a pizza 1 hour and 30 minute ago, and when I asked what took them too long, they brushed it off saying they were busy. I also have to add that when I called them to ask them why it took them so long to arrive, they wouldn’t pick up my phone. I had to literally ask my mother to hand me her phone so I could call them. Surprise! They answered. And once they realized it was me they were disrespectful and would not give me any useful solutions. Then they told me they would send me to their manager but he/she didn’t pick up either! I am so conflicted and sad, I loved their food. However this was my first and last time this happened to me with this pizzeria. The pizza is good, but the lack of costumer service is...

The Good👍: I always order online pick up 20-30mins before going to the store and my order is usually ready to go and i have never had any trouble receiving my food. -Food usually tastes as good as any other papa johns.

The Bad👎: Unfortunately i am no longer ordering from this store primarily because i've noticed eveytime i order from here my significant other and I get upset stomachs. The restaurant itself also does not look sanitary and therefore i suspect that most of the food is ethier regularly expired or contaminated. staff have never been hostile/aggressive towards me however they also are not...

Absolutely failed on every level imaginable! The delivery guy brought my food to the wrong address and gave it away.. when I called they were so unhelpful that I had to walk all the way to their store location just to speak to someone. They did not offer me a single apology instead they blamed me for this whole mess. So than 2 hours after i placed my delivery order i find myself sitting in papajohns still waiting for them to make another pie. Ha and if that wasn't enough they wanted me to pay the same price witch included a $3.50 delivery fee..I can't believe they even had the nerve to charge me after giving...
