Passion Lounge — Restaurant in New York

My visit last week to this facility with my group of friends was a mix of emotions. The vibes and music were on point, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hookah and drinks lived up to expectations, delivering a satisfying experience.

However, the enthusiasm was dampened by the attitude of the bartenders and servers. Their demeanor came off stush, leaving a negative impression. It's puzzling why the staff appeared standoffish, especially considering they OVERCHARGED us thinking we would not notice - as well as another friend that was there. The disconnect between service and cost was hard to ignore and left me questioning the overall value of the experience. If you decide to come here pay close attention...

REGENT STREET BAR/ PASSION LOUNGE. Complete rip off, “stay away” everything is way overpriced and management is very disrespectful, after spending over $1000 on drinks, Location was so small and congested, you keep bumping into each other, plus over $200 in tickets/ admission. Performers/ entertainers never showed up....

Great place to have a great time use to work there and love my surrounding great communication and definitely recommended to those who live in the queens and brooklyn area and hey if you live far and want to try somewhere new come down to passion lounge youll love...
