Sakura Spa — Local services in New York

Due to what I can chalk up to a 'racially motivated' negative experience encountered, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

A friend and I called the location and asked if they were able to accommodate 2 for a massage. The person answered the call as if we should have 'already been there'. We then arrived at the location, rang the bell, waited for about 5 minutes, called again, and were let in. A lady let us in, waited until we made it up the stairs, and then continuously kept saying "no no no no" while waving her hands. After we left, she called my mobile (for an unknown reason), and I declined the call due to the confusing interaction.

Advice: If you don't plan to serve dark-skinned customers, don't run a business in NY - we are everywhere.
