The steak is very dry.... its prices isn't the most expensive....but its not cheap or inexpensive either..... maybe they give a salad with it and thats why they give you a less quality steak... the stake is rubbery and dry... its not juicy... also when if you tell them you want a medium rare steak..they will give you medium well steak... they overcook and inside doesn't look pink... the way to get a real medium rare steak is to ask them you want it cooked rare.... no matter how its cooked....inside looks grayish... maybe... its because. Its thin also it was brought...frozen....
Dallas BBQ... steak... Angus sirloin steak.. is of much better quality....and isn't expensive....also the meat there isn't falling apart... its holding it own.... Riccardo Steak is very very good but their price is high.... buts.... its worth it in my opinion..... their steak is thick, high quality mean, nicely cooked how you ask for it..able to cook it how people ask for it because it's not falling apart and not thin also not brought in frozen...

My sister ordered the seafood platter she wanted her fish broiled and her shrimp broiled and both of them looked more like they were steamed. He placed the fish in aluminum foil and sealed it all around. The fish was all pale looking plus her shrimp also was not deveined. When she asked the proprietor about this he told her that he had been working there for 6 years and this is the way it comes from the prep kitchen he has nothing to do with the shrimp not being deveined. My sister also ordered a side of collard greens which were very very salty. I thought this was going to be my new go to restaurant but I will never go back there again. Read moreI use to go to this place in the late 90:s and the early 2000's, it use to be my spot and the guy on the grill at that time was superb, everything he made was fantastic. The grilled chicken use to be so good and tender. I decided to revisit and travel all the way from Brooklyn. I spent over $30 was so disappointed. The chicken was setting out then placed on the grill to recook and was so tuff to chew. The place in my opinion fell off, I don't know if it's under new management or what. However if they can go back to freshness and quality I'm sure they can bring the place back to it's glory or maybe I just visited...
