Dragon Town — Restaurant in New York

I used to order from here frequently because it looked clean and the flavor of their food was decent. However the other day I ordered a sesame seeds chicken with friend rice and the rice had a fried fly. I called to let them know of my situation and to get my money back since I had lost my appetite. The person who answered me asked if I had eaten more than a quarter of the food he would not give me my money back I told them that I had just had two bites when I noticed the fly. I'm disgusted With this Chinese food located 2039 3rd ave 10029 (dragon town) On 01/20/17 I had ordered chicken fried rice with chicken wings. I hadn't eat the whole day so I decided to place an order from (Dragon Town) Chinese food was good till I found a long hair in the rice witch I had took a bite of it and noticed something weird in my mouth. When I had reach into my mouth I pull the hair out slowly not realizing what was it till I had it on my finger with the disgust face. I would of call them but didn't. It just another lesson learned. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. MY FAMILY AND I FIRST TIME EATING THERE AND FOOD WAS POOR THE SAUCE THEY USE COVERS THE FACT THAT THE FOOD WAS BAD AND RAW. NEED A BETTER CHEF!
