Kultiv8 in my experience is a perfectly run studio because of the family/friendly atmosphere. As I attended numerous functions there you can just see the talent that's being shown in the dancers and the teaching staff. They seem to be very close as I witnessed a student helping another student with a move so they definitely take this seriously and let me tell you they strive for perfection.
