Hi, everybody! I want to share my story with you about my terrible experience in this salon.

Just to let you know I am usually not the kind of person that likes to live reviews or complain about the customer service. I never made a scandal in a restaurant for not bringing me the right food or anything like this.

But I feel like it’s important to live my review at this time. Cause every time I look in the mirror it reminds about my bad luck the last time I visited beauty salon. I went to VK Skin Spa for three times. All three times I was assisted by Nargis. The last time I went there, she seemed to be kind of tense or stressed out. I remember I was uncomfortable about that, but I came by appointment. My face didn’t have any major problems. Just a few black heads maybe. I just wanted to clean it, to make it ready for the coming summer ( it was in March right before the quarantine). I decided to go with facial, which I did before for 2 times ( at the same salon, by the same person). She pushed to hard to clean the pores of my face, and the steam was really hot ( I did let her know). She put the powder on my face at the end of the procedure and told me to not wash it that day. She did not give me any instructions about how to take care of your skin the next days after the procedure. So, after about 5 months. I still have issues with the between my eyebrows zone ( which I didn’t have before). There are still slightly visible marks, the skin gets red after contact with a face cream or even water, the wrinkles became more pronounced. I loved my experience here, my face is pretty sensitive and recently I’ve been having problems with my skin. I’ve been breaking out excessively and just overall am not happy with my skin for the last couple of months. I’ve tried multiple places in the past, but this place is one of the best I’ve been to, customer service wise for sure. My esthetician was very honest with me and very sweet. I felt very comfortable, which isn’t usual for me. She was very professional, she looked at my skin and gave her professional opinion and suggested the best option for me in my case, which I appreciate. She didn’t try to up sell me and suggest something that I don’t need. She was very honest and told me what I needed and didn’t need. In this time and age most will agree it is hard to find a facility in beauty industry that provides exceptional customer service - well look no further- I’m so happy I have found VK Skin Spa 7 years ago. Just came back to them after the covid-19 pandemic break and their customer service is just as good if not even better than before ! The ladies that work there are nothing short of CLASS ACT . Before you even get to your beauty appointment- you are already feel elevated positive mood because they treat you with such consideration and respect. However the star of the show is my cosmetologist Zoya - who is a true top notch professional and knows her craft. You leave feeling rejuvenated and in uplifting spirit .
