Ordered on the website for delivery at 2pm. Pizza arrived shortly after, but the SECOND the delivery driver got to my building (they deliver through DoorDash apparently) he sent me the message through the app that if I didn’t go find him in 5 minutes, he would abandon my order because he was having trouble finding me. My building entrance is very clearly marked, and I put instructions to buzz my apartment and my phone number in the delivery instructions. Had to run to grab my food before the driver left with it without even attempting to enter the building.
When I finally got my pizza, it was completely inedible. I’m not super picky about pizza, as I like all crusts, pretty much all toppings, and will pretty much eat anything. But the dinner box I ordered was absolutely gross. The cheese pizza had a layer of cheese as thick as my thumb on top, with no sauce. Because the cheese was so thick, it was super undercooked and chunky. The bbq chicken pizza had no cheese on it (their menu says it comes with cheese), so all the toppings had slid off into the box. I ordered traditional bbq wings and received boneless buffalo wings that were burnt.
I called customer service, who were very nice but said they had to put in a report and that the individual store would call me. I received a super rude phone call an hour later from the actual store I received my order from, where the employee was telling me it was my fault for ordering extra sauce, and that it was “impossible” for the other pizza to be undercooked. She said she could offer me my $45 as a store credit or send another pizza. I said I probably would go elsewhere for pizza from here on out and asked for a refund, and was then handed to a manager.
While speaking to the manager, she had an excuse for literally everything. Blamed on the delivery driver, blamed on me, blamed on the “style” of their pizza. I asked for a refund (as the website states they will give you if you are unsatisfied) and was told multiple times it wasn’t an option. Both employees were extremely rude and had a attitude when talking to me, when I made SURE to be as kind and understanding as possible, since I am in good service myself and have dealt with plenty of Karens. I even apologized for having to bring this to their attention, and said I knew it wasn’t their fault directly.

Read moreThis place is a flipping nightmare. I’ve ordered from them 5 times, there has always been a problem. The only menu is posted on the door so you’d better know what you want BEFORE you get in line…or you’ll lose your spot in the very long confusing line of hungry customers and angry Uber Eats delivery people.
The front line workers are undertrained and totally overwhelmed. The workers in the kitchen do not have to wear gloves.
Management is aggressively RUDE to patrons and employees. I’ve seen managers scold employees in front of customers as they were trying to order.
I’ve witnessed employees bickering back and forth about delivery protocol because systems are CLEARLY not in place.
The owners and management should truly be ashamed of themselves for not setting their employees up for success.
Whether you order in person or through the app, it will take 30-40 mins for the food to be ready, even though the app supposedly tracks the order preparation and tells your the order will be done in 15 minutes.
Don’t EVER try to have your food delivered. The pizza will be cold, the wings may or may not have sauce on them, the mozzarella sticks will taste like rubber.
If you ask for a refund, they will look at you as if you’ve asked Christmas to be cancelled and do a complete shift change in the middle of your transaction!
Domino’s is next door go there. While the pizza may not be as good as Pizza Hut, Domino’s workers have been trained in basic customer service skills and set up for success.

Not only do they not have the number of the person that they send your order with they don’t know how to get in contact with them iPad Pizza Hut over $38 for my food to be delivered at 10:15 PM it is currently 11:17 and there is no food in the only thing that they offered me was a refund that I could get within 7 to 10 business days or to let them remake the order and then pray that they send it out and it gets delivered and wait another hour and a half even though they’re right up the block from me there’s no compensation for the traumatic experience it was as if you’re just gambling every time you order from this Pizza Hut.
