These guys started off strong but are quickly going downhill. I order here every weekend at work. Last 3 times my order was incorrect. No way to contact them. Calls just go to voicemail. No chat available online. Starting to feel like a scam as I’m not receiving what I paid for. If an item isn’t available it’s not your call to send something else. You give a refund. An order that was supposed to be no onions due to allergies and tea came with onions and a coke. Very disappointing. That might be the reasoning behind giving free combos. They will just sent you whatever.
4/6/25 edit: down to one star. I was given a coupon to try again and see how the service can be better. Order placed at 2:13. Delivery estimate 2:37. After over an hour waiting, calling the number provided several times with no answer, finding another number on google only to speak with an employee that couldn’t care less, my order still never arrived. Great way to spend my lunch break on a 16hrs shift.

Read moreSaw a video on TikTok and wanted to give it a try! I’m in LES so surrounded by excellent smash burgers (shout out Gotham!) but always open to a new fave. Unfortunately this severely missed the mark. The packaging needs improvement - our fries were just thrown in an open cardboard tray and then into a huge bag so they were cold and everywhere when they arrived. Our burgers were sitting on top of the cold sodas so they were cold too 🥲
The burger bun was burnt, the patty was tasteless and the onions weren’t in the patty but just thrown across the base of the bun. My friend said it tasted like an expensive White Castle burger 🫠
The one saving grace was the special sauce - saved that in a fridge for something else cause the cold food ain’t it.
Wanted to love it as I love the marketing and the free combo / month promo right now but seeing responses about being slammed / understaffed - it’d be better to close the store in these moments than continue to disappoint customers! I sure hope things turn...

Although customer service called back once and promised to follow up, we never heard back from them. When our order finally arrived, it was incomplete. One of our burgers was missing, along with two orders of fries we’d paid for. The burgers we did get were cold and disappointing by the time they arrived—definitely not the quality we expected or what the restaurant would likely be proud of. We also tried reaching out through the app afterward to request a refund but never received any response. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won’t be ordering from here again.
