To the management of this Canarsie Rockaway Parkway location 11236, please pay attention to the exterior of your establishment. I often have to make my way past homeless men begging at the door. Who can tell me the frame of mind of anyone? Just this week I sat inside for a very long time waiting for 3 young men to move from the door. They were maybe 19-21, with a giant dog... I've never seen a dog that gigantic. And they were at the door. How are you allowing this? You'd be liable if something happens to any of the patrons while you allow this to happen at your door. I myself am baffled as to why these guys imagined that bringing their enormous dog to the door of Popeyes was the best decision they could make. Things Probably would never...

This is the location on Atlantic and Ralph Avenues. The staff is always friendly, personable, and courteous. ( Except for one older gentleman one time a few weeks ago on the early evening shift.) They have better pieces, sizes, availability of pieces, cleanliness, promotions, speed of service. I go out of my way to go to this location because of the staff, the food, the availability of the pieces, the promotional pricing and the sizes of the pieces. Their not good with an Uber order. I've had this issue more than I need. If u order an item and they dont have it usually the eatablishment would call to ask what would you like instead. Not popeye's they send u want they want. If I ordered rice why r u sending me fries. When I called the store the person stated that this item is no longer available. so why is it still on the menu. Cajun rice and green beans. TAKE IT OFF THE MENU IF U DONT HAVE IT. Its happened too many times. Get it together. managment sucks...
