Customer Service is Horrible! My Grandmother bought a loaf of bread last week Tuesday at this location. When we woke up on Wednesday the bread had some mold and had a black spot. My grandmother took the bread back there and the lady at the counter had the audacity to call her a liar. My grandmother explained that she just bought it yesterday and the lady told her that she is lying and changed the label to close the bread. Mind you we did not even open it because the lack spot was on the top of the bread and could be seen through the bag. The label is sealed so how is it that we just happened to open it and reseal it?! If I could give them no stars I definitely would. The lady's approach was completely rude and uncalled for. To think we have been going here weekly and for this to happen, is upsetting. BEWARE they'll give less than what you ordered on large orders! My mom placed a large order for some patties for her party and almost half of the order was missing. We realized once we were at the hall and putting the food out. Their phone doesn't work so I drove to this establishment to tell them that we were missing alot of the order& they said that we weren't and that they packed the right amount. Why would I leave my mom's party to come lie about the amount of patties I received? Furthermore, I hold a degree in mathematics, so I'm pretty sure i can count. I ended up leaving establishment empty handed and there was nothing I could do because the party had already begun. They refused to offer a refund, more patties, or a solution/compromise. Decent quick stop for freshly baked Haitian goods. Great patties. Great sliced bread, and they even sell wheat bread! Good sweets, such as the coconets, langue de beouf, etc. I highly recommend just getting the patties by the dozen, and freezing, if you get them often. Parking is fairly accessible.
