Wow I was really impressed with how the young managed to ruin my order from giving me a spicy instead of a non-spicy sandwich to charging my card for my entire meal when I specifically asked for them to take a portion of it from my card and to accept my cash payment for the difference. Not only did they charge my card for the full amount without my consent but they also neglected to inform me of what was about to happen. Simply stating “swipe your card first” to my question of “Can I pay part with cash and the remainder on the card?”. All in all a terrible experience. I will never go back to this Popeyes specifically, another one maybe, but this store’s staff and procedures...

She was rude and discussed what I complained about to another customer right in front of me. I left coz did not want to argue with her.
