Old Navy — Local services in New York

Had the worst experience and won’t be coming back to this location again..this is the second time I’ve had a problem here..and the managers are just as clueless as the sales associates ....one word of advice TRAIN your employees to know how to process a return and your managers at that...your customer shouldn’t be the one to explain how to do a return in your own store ...the cashier Jessica looked so confused and was asking me what she returned last time I checked she was on your payroll NOT me.....the attitude was disgusting and won’t be tolerated....definitely not good customet service !!! The manager came over and asked if I was going to return anything else because he was going to return another item that I wasn’t returning and I was confused as to why they would do that just give me back what I originally paid for it under the item I’m bringing back ...it’s not that hard ...he simply wasn’t understanding the situation and brushed me off and kept it moving ..cool... I think his name was Gomez or something like that ....again won’t be tolerated I know what good customer service is and this place doesn’t have it....if your staff is miserable it shows ..take that girl off the register put her to fold or run some go backs!! She’s bringing down ur business with that nasty attitude!...so overall my instore experience...

I love the clothes here! I always go straight for the clearance items because i usually find the best clothes there :) It can be messy there but its not the employees fault. Its the customers that act like animals. A lot of the clothes are in good shape. I dont mind if there's a small hole or something cause i can easily sew it. Come on. Its less than $3, idc xD The lines tend to get long throughout the day but i always go in the morning. I usually shop for a good 3 hours cause i take my time. The fitting rooms are okay. Someone is always there. Although, i never knew there was a bathroom there too. Its on the left hand side in the fitting room. Bathroom is kinda creepy but i only went once so maybe my bathroom review isnt the best lol This is my #1 store to...

I lost my bookbag, the security guard and male store manager took the time to help me out he was so kind and understandable also there's a another store Manger, she is tall.with curly hair.. she should work on her patient. Tiniesha is a complete sweetheart and welcoming. She always helped me out with finding a products and always up to date with whats on new and on sale, she also help me sign up with the old navy rewards program. She is is best in that...
