Placed an order online at 6:15p to be ready for pick up at 7:15p. I arrived at 7:15p, staff ignored me for a good 5 minutes. When they finally acknowledged my existence I was told firstly no pets in the store and to wait another 10 minutes™ as my order "just came out". I was carrying my dog as a courtesy since I figured I could quickly grab my order and leave. It wouldn't have been a problem if the order was ready when it was supposed to be. I offered to wait outside with my dog and asked that someone please let me know whenever the order was actually ready.
7:35p: Someone who placed a similar online order at 7:20p had their order fulfilled before me.
7:40p: Another customer was nice enough to bring out my order for me
25 minute wait for a tackle box and three apple pies. Don't bother coming here if you are expecting literal fast food. What's the point of accepting an online order an hour in advance only to have your customer wait another 25 minutes on arrival? Similar experiences in my past visits but nowhere as bad as today. Seems they may be understaffed. Will visit a different location until this is resolved.
Two stars since I'm glad this store opened in this neighborhood. Disappointed by the overall experience.
Update 5/18: Decided to try this again today and was met with the same disappointing service. Made an order online to pickup for "now" and waited 15 minutes for things that were all already available - two pieces of chicken, a biscuit, mashed potatoes and some fries.
Staff will ignore you and serve walk ins first. Downgraded these clowns to one star. Unreal, poor...

I passed by …. Just the looks of it …. Yuck!!! Can’t wait till it goes out of business, and becomes a vacant storefront. That will be so much better for the neighborhood.

Went back …. Still awful Just a 1/2 ass excuse for a resturant

Fake! I honestly don’t think this is a real Popeyes, think “McDowells” in “Coming to America”.
Go an hour before closing and ask for fried chicken… Those Food will stare at you through their dead eyes and tell you they don’t have any??? I make the radical suggestion that they fry more! In all seriousness they assured me they’ll do that tomorrow???
An hour before close, and they just give up selling chicken!!
…And I found a lego-head...
Read moreDo not eat at this Popeyes location. I got fried chicken and fries from here and I had explosive diarehea and vommitting. The fried chicken is not fully cooked it is raw inside. I got very sick diarrhea and committing and my friend that ate with me he had the same story. I have been sick for two days diarrhea and vommiting. Why do they not fully cook the fried chicken and why is it raw. Also the employees and chefs are 14 year old teenage Asian boys. Maybe this explains the issue why are 14 year old teenage boys cooking the food. Why not have an older or grown up experienced employee 21 years or older cook the food. Also all my friends that bought food from here also got sick. Start fully cooking the fried chicken. And stop leaving it raw...
