The Brothers Bagels — Restaurant in New York

I used to walk to this bagel shop every weekend when I was living In the neighborhood and get my egg sandwich or fresh lox. But since moving back to the neighborhood, the brothers bagels hasn’t been the same. No familiar faces. The staff is very rude. They forget or don’t write down what you asked for. One morning I waited half an hour for an egg sandwich to find out that there was no one in the back to make eggs. The guy behind the counter could of say the cook is not here right now, would you like something else? Nobody wants to wait half an hour for eggs and especially when they have to work. And this weekend I ordered two eggs sandwich’s and they forget to put eggs on the bagels. Then to walk back to tell me that I never asked for eggs. Then why wrap it in foil if there is no egg on it? Awful costumer service and lack of communication! Called to see why my order was delivered wrong and the man on phone kept telling me I was wrong and there was nothing to help me with. I offered to come swap what was wrong for what we wanted and still continued to refer to me as “babe” and refused to help. Said I “clicked wrong option” but NEVER said don’t put the entirety of the meal after waiting for it for almost an hour was definitely not worth it. I've been coming to this place for years and I'll never be back. Ever since they opened their new restaurant they really let the bagel store go. There are no more familiar faces, the atmosphere is completely different, their bagels have lost their quality, and yet their prices have raised. I recently ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese, it was falling apart because it was so stale and had a mountain of cold cream cheese.
