Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I was in Popeyes this evening I ordered my food at 5:57pm, the never called orders and accidentally gave both or my order to another customer. Then I had to wait for them to drop a fresh batch of boneless wings. The male worker acted very nonchalant as if they didn’t make a mistake. He never apologized for their error and didn’t even offer any type of compensation for inconvenience of having to wait 28 minutes for 2 boneless wings combos. The absolute worst. Never going back . I asked for no pickles on my sandwich because I’m allergic , I live half an hour away , I came home guess what there were pickles in my sandwich. I asked for plain mild chicken wings for my 3 year old son , they gave me spicy chicken wings . The guy who took my order was nice but he completely screwed my order up . The staff were very nice for a take out. The menu is great, have eaten there several times and have never had a bad meal. My kids beg for it. The atmosphere is fine. Around school time there could be like a small group hanging out at a table but they don't bother anyone And you ya 'll on public assistance THEY TAKE EBT!
