I recently visited this Popeyes and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the 2-piece chicken with mac and cheese and an apple pie, and everything was delicious. They "forgot" my sauce, and when I asked only gave me a single sauce tub when the order specifically gave me three. They tried to charge me 25 cents for each sauce when I asked for them and argued that they had already given me enough sauce - I had to show them the receipt before they gave up. I understand that times are tough but if the franchisee is trying to increase profits by essentially double charging for sauce I wonder how sustainable the finances are in...

I placed a mobile order and while I was waiting for it to be prepared I watched as Aminata handle a little lunch rush. She was the only cashier at the moment and she was very polite and took her time with everyone she assisted.
