Never order from this place! It's such a shame because the overall quality in their food is actually pretty good but their level of business and professionalism is on the same level as a toddler not getting their way. I ordered delivery from this place on New Year's Eve. TWO HOURS after I placed my order I assumed there was a mistake between my delivery service (Delivery[dot]com) and Redwood Deli assuming maybe the place was closed. I went ahead and called the customer service rep at Delivery[dot]com to explain the situation since maybe the place was closed. She went ahead to call Redwood and without giving any time of day, the owner deliberately and rudely hung up on her. The customer service rep was in shock and distressed because it was unprofessional and uncalled for. Due to that behavior, I cancelled the order. A few days later, I decided to give the place one more chance assuming maybe the Holidays were too crazy etc.. The moment I put my order in, I found out my account has been blacklisted from ordering there ever again. So, let me get this straight, they don't deliver anything without any calls or explanation for 2 hours, hang up on a delivery customer service rep and instead of rectifying the situation they just canned a customer because....? Read moreOscar is a very nice delivery person and always has been. However, I placed an order online on December 10th and they didn't have eggplant. I asked for a credit back but didn't get it. I called the restaurant and was told to go online to get my credit. I went online two times to request a refund and still nothing. I called again today and was told to call at 10 and ask for the manager. I don't like getting a run around. They owe me $17.40 since December 10th. I will never order from that deli again BUT I will get my money back. I tried to do it the nice way but i'm forced to dispute the charge on my credit card and leave a bad review. After trying to get my refund several times online, I called the online payment services they use, and was told they didn't have the password to credit me back. After a whole month of waiting for a refund, i disputed the charge with my credit card company. VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR MEAL BEFORE PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER. THEY WILL NOT...

If that is incorrect, they are ripping you off. I never would have ordered if that was the real price. Yo, i'm taking this down to 1 star. Y'all, I ordered a burger and fries and that's it, and owner here talking like I ordered extra stuff trying to make it sound like I'm the villain. Plain burger and fries, no extra. Look at the picture I took. Look at the price. They charged 12.99 plus tax, came out to 14.14. That is not the price for a plain burger and fries with no extra anything on it.
