Worst customer service of ANY Pret a Manager I’ve EVER been to. The folks behind the counter were annoyed that I cut into their chill time to place an order. All I asked for was a small hot coffee w/half & half, nothing special, but still had to wait as if I ordered a complex latte flown in from Italy.
Despite THREE employees being present, any of whom could’ve poured me a quick cup of coffee so I could go to work, only ONE handled all the orders... and she had ZERO sense of urgency or multitasking, despite customers piling up like a car wreck. She seemed determined to show us that she didn’t want to be there, as if it were our fault she accepted the job.
This is an ongoing thing at this Pret and every time I make the mistake of going there, I quickly realize why I stopped patronizing them. I’d rather walk the extra block to Starbucks, where the customer service is...
Read moreLove the coffee subscription offered, but unfortunately this location doesn't seem equipped to handle the volume of the area. Every time I've been (morning, afternoon, and later), the line has been to the door and the pick-up area is a mass of people needing to recite their drink order again to those making the drinks. It makes me not want to order anything even slightly complicated, since there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how coffee orders are communicated from the register to those making the drinks. I've never been to another Pret, but I can't imagine every one is this disorganized. Please hire more staff, improve training, and/or make a better order system. Read moreWorkers are very rude. One of them didn't make my drink right, when I said that she got It wrong, she started arguing with me. I know the difference between hot choco and coffee 🤦🏻♀️ instead of apologizing and doing it right she kept complaining and thankfully another employee made me a choco I ordered. I was with two kids, additionally I ordered milk for her. She said it wasn't even on the menu and kept talking to me with attitude! The same another employee got it, but it was too hot for the baby (I mean I told them several times that it was for the baby!)
I understand that they have o lot of customers, especially during rush hours and they can confuse the drink unintentionally, but they really should watch their attitude...
