Today I went to this library to use a computer and a printer in order to write a letter to the Social Security Administration. When the letter was ready I tried to printed it out a couple of copies, but I wasn’t sure if it has gotten through since I couldn’t see the copies in the printing machine near me. I asked for assistance and a woman from the front desk came, but she didn’t know what to do. After struggling to print it off out, she said it was a problem in the system and she didn’t know what it was.
I told her I had pressed the printing icon several times before and I was concerned about my information like social security number, phone, name, and address was going to be printed when I was gone and someone could take it.
At this moment, she and other woman from the from desk started making fun of me, laughing and bullying me.

In doing this it would allow a customer the ability to send a scanned image/copy to their email as a image file or a PDF file it would be a great convenience to the customers at Morningside Heights and probably other libraries in the region; guests- visitors from around the Globe- _ I have seen this done for the public libraries in Michigan, also many universities do this too.
