Got a lemonade, not bad not great. When you have really mediocre food and drinks you can win by making the service and the atmosphere nice but unfortunately… looks like the personnel don’t really want to be there. I saw tables in the corner and sat there. A couple got in the store and looked at that side where I was sitting and workers screamed “that side is closed!!” I mean you have 3 hours still, why? Because you cleaned and don’t want to clean again? It’s like if you stop serving coffee because you decided to clean the coffee machine 3 hours before closing. Then put a sign at least. Then a lady passed by and said “yeah, chairs are up” I mean… even though the shop looks nice from outside I wouldnt go again or recommend this place. Also very limited choice of beverages, like from juices only lemonade and something else.

But this Sunday I was particularly unsatisfied with the service, this guy behind the counter for some reason, start to follow his so called "store policy" and being a good colleague, when he was fixing my drink, he was helping the other colleague who was also serving his customer(s) on the other side, he took times, making Latte and Hot chocolate until there's no more customer(s) on the other side, when I asked him, he said it is "store policy" when someone is making the dink, he (or she) has to make drink(s) for whoever shout out their order(s), just to help each other out. Read moreI like the food and their coffee but would enjoy their sandwiches so much more if it’s contents weren’t exploding out of the bread. Some of the sandwiches are so messy to eat. Before taking a bite I have to first use a knife to stick everything back in. Please stop trying to show us how much food is inside. We’ll buy it anyway. Minus a star for that.
They need to put signs on top of each register so that customers know there are separate lines. No one ever knows! At peak times, it’s a mess in there. It’s been like this for many years and still no solution. Minus a star for that.
