Don’t go during lunch rush.

I can appreciate the desire to run an organized and efficient line to expedite service however is it really necessary to holler to take orders 10 people down the line?

Put more than one person on register to keep everyone flowing through. The counter and register area is too small for all that CHAOS! The girl hollering “next” for greens and protein, needs to calm down and perhaps work on her customer service skills. Very accusatory attitude when clearly she didn’t hear me say I wanted mixed greens and one egg for protein. Maybe because I was about 8 people away from the front of the line. Major attitude problem.

Your cashier wears gloves to handle money however when I asked for bread she didn’t use clean gloves. Why is the cashier handling food anyway...

I regularly run lunches for our corporate office and have been coming here on/off since opening. If this is the kind of service patrons can regularly expect, you can count me out.... a lot of employees right around the corner at 100 church frequent your establishment. My boss didn’t get her discount either for her salad....

I was there today at approximately 12:20pm if you need to “check”. I have the receipt and I’m more than happy to come in to talk...

Food: This was the most terrible salad I’ve ever eaten. Anyone who knows a thing or two about kale is that you don’t eat the stem. You’re supposed to strip the leaves and toss out the stems. Those stems were separated from those leaves, but they were included in the salad! That’s the greens portion. Now on to the protein. The salmon was overcooked and incredibly under seasoned. You’d think the salad dressing would compensate that, but the dressing was nearly flavorless! Back to the salmon, some pieces of it were hard. Hard like plastic pieces. I had to spit them out. Quinoa was undercooked, so it was like eating plastic pellets. This was the most disgusting salad; I couldn’t even finish it.

Atmosphere: I don’t know what was going on in the kitchen area, but some of the staff were acting like animals. You would hear the silver bowls being tossed around, lots of clanging noises. I don’t know if they were holding a fight club back there. It was unprofessional.

Customer service: The cashier was rude. You say hello to him and he doesn’t speak. Doesn’t say anything as a matter of fact. Don’t cashiers normally speak by telling you the dollar amount owed?

Overall: terrible experience....

First time here and happy I found this place. Fresh, healthy and tasty salad with a free water for $15.

I had the chunky tuna salad which had good amounts of greens, carrots, olives, onions, corn and tasty tuna. The place is clean and comfy. I was going to take my meal to go however, the good vibes made me eat in.

The staff was polite and helpful and handled any requests I had and I can be fussy. Light on the dressing, don’t mix the salad so the tuna stays separate from the other ingredients etc. My salad was just as I requested.

There is a lot of competition in the area. The other places are speedy, crowded and not the same relaxed vibe. The other places are good too just feel rushed so, here is more my style.

I appreciate that management asked for reviews and are kind enough to respond. Offering a free bottle water is also a nice gesture.

Can’t wait to come back and try...

I was feeling like having a salad, but I wanted to try something new. I looked up and this place piped up so I decided to give it a go. I wanted to be able to sit inside and chill which I could 100%. The ingredients were ok, but I think some of them could have been fresher. I liked their open kitchen in which you can see how they prepare the ingredients. The aspect of my experience which was a bit of a bummer was the staff, they were barely paying attention to me and a bit rude. I feel they should try to be extra helpful when they realize that the customer is new, which was not the case. Overall ok.

I don’t know if they were cleaning moments prior to making my salad or what but there is pieces of MELTED PLASTIC in my salad. They initially forgot to add the chicken to my salad so I went back and now I find plastic? When I called to get a refund, I didn’t even get an apology, I just got hung up on. The woman asked to send a picture and I sent multiple without getting a reply. She said she would refund me as soon as she got the picture but didn’t even ask for my name or anything to process the refund. Terrible customer experience and I still can’t eat this toxic salad.
