I think this is the best building in the school. It is also very new because the old one was damaged beyond repair on 9/11. However, they need to add more chairs in front of the windows on each floor. Every time I try to sit down, all of the chairs are taken. Also, the elevators are basically useless, so I have to use the stairs to get to all my classes.

I also forgot to mention the escalators are not wide enough. There should be enough space for people to stand on the right, but walk up/down on the left. There is only room for the width of one person, and that...

Fiterman Hall is part of Borough of Manhattan Community College. There are, however open areas, including an art gallery and a small coffee shop. The coffee shop serves Starbucks coffee, sandwiches, yogurt, and other grab-n-go items. It's clean and the staff is efficient. Given that this is so close to tourist areas, this is a good thing. The food is reasonably priced, as it also doubles as a student cafe on the other side. The Fiterman Art Gallery shows contemporary artists and is a quiet and relaxing place. Fiterman Hall is a good place for a quick stop...

I am a current student, there is a big lack of management in this building, bathrooms are filthy, paper towel machines broken , just basic cleaning is done by the workers, moreover the security guards are sleazy and very arrogant, I asked them about the elevator (1 out of 6 is working in the high rise side) and their answer was professionally insulting , ghetto...
