Q Marqet — Restaurant in New York

I used to come here all the time, but tonight is THEE LAST TIME! I walked in to place an order, and the usual short/ petite guy was eating his sandwich, so the rude older guy was there. He did not even look my way or take my order until other people started to walk in. It’s almost as if he didn’t want to service me. He was too busy watching a futbol game on the tv. I placed my order, then the other guy that walked in AFTER me placed his. Other people started to come in (Mount Sinai employees mainly). He took their orders and promptly made their food. Everyone that came AFTER me got their food. He even gave a guy two cheeseburgers, one with fries, one by itself. Mind you I see no burger on the grill. Not only is the food flavorless, it’s also overpriced for basic items. A grilled cheese (which was just a GLOB of cheese that made it impossible to enjoy) is SEVEN DOLLARS a Philly cheesesteak on a roll (mind you it’s flavorless) is TWELVE DOLLARS. My wife is pregnant and her doctor is at Mt Sinai so we spend a lot of time on that block. I’ve always found this place friendly and well stocked. Granted I’ve only had breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and other random stuff from this shop.
